To enhance the capacity of a growing population health team, the full-time Healthy Planet Analyst will build and maintain Healthy Planet registries, support Epic's HEDIS measure build, and assist with contract migration from Arcadia, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain Healthy Planet registries and MPM metrics for the network and partners Configure and support Epic's HEDIS measure build and care gap work queues Own maintenance on existing builds while managing new work, including cleanup and optimization tasks Required qualifications Current Epic Healthy Planet certification At least one year of hands-on Healthy Planet build experience in a live environment Working knowledge of the registry framework and MPM metric framework Experience with Epic's HEDIS measure build and care gap work queues Mid-level certification with the ability to run assigned tasks with minimal supervision
