Role: Part-Time Personal Assistant ($50-$55 per hour) Permanent, 5-15 hours per week, varying on weekly basis Upper West Side, NY Tiger Recruitment is seeking an experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant for a UHNW Author and Podcaster based in New York. This is a part-time position requiring 5-15 hours per week, with hours varying on a weekly basis. The role is in-person and requires flexibility to work on an on-call basis around errands, appointments, events, and other ad hoc requirements. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on personal and household support, working closely with the Executive Assistant to ensure the smooth running of day‑to‑day matters. Responsibilities Run errands as needed, including pickups, drop-offs, shopping, deliveries, and appointments Transport the principal’s dog to and from veterinary and grooming appointments Organize and maintain physical and digital archives, ensuring materials are consistently sorted, labeled, filed, and easily retrievable Occasionally accompany the principal to press appearances and events, providing logistical and on‑site support Assist with household organization and day‑to‑day logistics Manage other ad hoc administrative and logistical tasks as they arise The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals (UHNWIs) within their residences.
