That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career.About the teamThe Global GTM Operations team is responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of the GTM organization, partnering closely with the sales team and teams across Stripe to drive initiatives. This role will partner directly with the head of the global Solution Architecture, whose team is responsible for pre-sales technical assessment and technical validation of Users in partnership with Sales. This role will be expected to drive the rhythm of business, data insights / reporting, strategic initiatives, annual planning and execution. We advance the sales policies, processes and tools to drive revenue and growth. This is an incredible opportunity that plays an integral role in shaping and executing GTM strategies with Sales leaders. Responsibilities include go-to-market design, resource planning, territory alignment and quotas management, sales process optimization, and business analytics. You will also partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance & Strategy, adjacent Sales Operations teams, Global Systems & Processes, and the Strategy Planning and Insights team to streamline and optimize our internal processes and deliverables (monthly business reviews, weekly forecasting calls, target setting and planning). We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about their work, detail oriented, analytical and has demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight.What you’ll doThe Solution Architecture team is growing rapidly and is in need of a strong strategy and ops business partner that can help scale the operations and drive strategy of the team. This entails a focus on operational projects (process design, business cadences, systems work) and everything related to planning and running their business, including: org design and planning, sales coverage models, setting SOKRs, measuring and providing insights on performance, and process improvement. In addition to engaging with the Solutions Architecture team, you will also be collaborating with numerous cross-functional stakeholders from across the globe.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Solution Architecture leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in developing go-to market strategy, resource plan and key performance metrics.Create and manage operational processes such as territory planning, quota setting, quarterly compensation.Work cross-functionally to investigate and conduct analysis on system and operational issuesDevelop and execute initiatives designed to optimize team efficiency and productivityDrive rhythm of business (weekly business reviews, monthly / quarterly business reviews) with strong operational rigor.Provide insights on key performance metrics and priorities (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly business reviews), identify key roadblocks to progress, and work efficiently to remove themProvide business analytic strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing growth and provide key insights for business leadership to support strategic decision-makingDrive critical projects and initiatives and drive alignment with cross-functional teams across the organization by developing detailed project plans with activity based milestonesOversee implementation of enabling systems and tools, working closely with internal systems teamsWho you areWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.Minimum requirements8+ years of sales strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or operational experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or business insights / analytics roles. Knowledge of sales data such as customer accounts, opportunities and revenue. 11+ years of total work experience.Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g. Finance, Business, Engineering, Mathematics)Strong business acumen and ​​distinctive problem solving and analysis skills. Ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational).Exceptional analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problemsAdvanced SQL and Excel skills to include experience financial modellingExperience working with large data sets, especially in analyzing large imperfect data sets to solve problems and creating scalable reports and dashboards or ad-hoc analysisStakeholder management experience - with strong communication and influencing skills. Self-starter and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Communicate clearly, proactively, and conciselyWorks well under pressure, with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and frequently changing environmentAn enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality.
